Prior to drafting and contracts for goods and services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of a preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and pair for, in full, or partly on behalf of the decedent.

Our minimum service charge includes consultation with the family, clerical and administrative services, coordinating the details with the cemetery and/or other parties responsible for the arrangements made. Securing and recording vital statistics and permits. Also, a percentage of this fee is necessary to cover a proportionate share of our established overhead costs, such as licenses, insurance, and indirect taxes (this does not include sales tax on items in the merchandise category), maintenance of facilities and equipment, utilities and direct the funeral service, supervision, attendance, arrangements of flowers and other memorial tributes.

Except in certain special cases, law does not require embalming. Embalming may, however, be necessary if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it; such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
Transfer of remains to our funeral home within a 20 mile radius, attempting to obtain the death certificate, file necessary permits, minimum services of funeral director and staff, coordination with other mortuaries, transportation of the remains in alternate or vehicle to common carrier, without ceremony.
Transportation of remains in an alternate vehicle from carrier to mortuary, re-filing of necessary permits, care of remains (does not include embalming), minimum services of funeral director and staff, coordination with outside mortuaries, transportation of remains in alternate vehicle to cemetery or crematory without ceremony.
Our charge for an immediate burial (without ceremony) includes transfer to the funeral home (within a 20 mile radius) attempting to obtain a death certificate, file necessary permits, minimum services of funeral director and staff, basic use of facilities, other preparation of the body (refrigeration) and delivery to the cemetery. ***Does not include any cemetery fees.
Our charge for direct cremation (without ceremony, embalming, and viewing) includes transfer of remains to our establishment(within Los Angeles), attempting to obtain the death certificate and the filing of necessary permits, minimum services of funeral director and staff and basic facilities, other preparation of the body (refrigeration) and delivery to crematory.
